Which platforms does LeyA support?

LeyA currently supports Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, LinkedIn, and TikTok. TikTok posts are visible only to you until LeyA completes TikTok's app review, after which they'll publish publicly like the rest. Support for additional platforms is on the roadmap.

Do I need a Facebook account to use LeyA?

To post to Facebook or Instagram, you need a Facebook account that manages a Facebook Page. For LinkedIn, you connect via your LinkedIn profile. Instagram can also be connected directly via Instagram Business Login. For TikTok, you connect via your TikTok account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, every new account gets a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. A card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

How does posting work?

Send LeyA your idea, photo, or topic on WhatsApp. LeyA drafts the post using AI, shows you a preview, and waits for your approval. Reply with a number to post immediately, schedule it, or discard it.

Ad campaign management is coming soon — we're finishing up Meta's app review for it. Every plan already includes AI-generated posts, image generation, and scheduling for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Is my data and social account secure?

All access tokens and sensitive data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. LeyA requests only the permissions needed to post and read insights. You can disconnect any account at any time.

Can I schedule posts in advance?

Yes. Just tell LeyA when you want the post to go live, for example 'tomorrow at 9 AM' or a specific date and time, and LeyA will queue it up and publish automatically.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by messaging LeyA on WhatsApp: just say 'cancel my plan'. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
